Effective date: May 20, 2026
Welcome to ReelAutopilot. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ReelAutopilot (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) covering your access to and use of the ReelAutopilot website, mobile experiences, APIs, and related software (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the Service.
ReelAutopilot is operated by a company with operations in Canada and the United States. References to “you” and “your” mean the individual using the Service, or the entity that individual represents.
When you connect a third-party account (such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or another platform), you also agree to the terms of that third party. For example, by linking a YouTube channel and publishing through the YouTube API Services, you accept the YouTube Terms of Service.
ReelAutopilot is an automated content platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate short-form videos and, where you authorize it, publish those videos to social media accounts that you connect to your workspace.
The exact features, generation limits, output quotas, supported platforms, and pricing depend on the plan you select. Plan details are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
We are continuously evolving the Service. We may add, remove, change, suspend, or retire features, models, integrations, or entire plans at any time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you actively rely on, we will use reasonable efforts to notify paying users in advance.
To use ReelAutopilot you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
You must promptly let us know at help@reelautopilot.com if you suspect any unauthorized access, credential leak, or other security incident involving your account.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, where we believe these Terms have been violated or where continued access would expose us, our users, or third parties to legal, security, or operational risk.
Pricing, included quotas, and feature sets for each paid plan are displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Where applicable, prices are exclusive of taxes, which will be added based on your billing location.
Payment for the Service may be made using:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, annual, or as otherwise stated) using the payment method on file, until you cancel. One-time purchases, add-ons, and credit packs are charged at the time of order.
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is otherwise not received in full by the due date, we may downgrade, pause, or suspend your access until the outstanding amount is settled.
Where the Service offers a free trial, you agree that, unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will begin and be charged automatically at the standard price.
Credits. Some features may consume non-subscription credits (for example, premium generation or regeneration credits). Credits are usable only inside ReelAutopilot, have no cash value, are not transferable, and are consumed as you use the relevant features. Unused credits do not roll over indefinitely if the corresponding terms or plan documents say so.
The Service delivers digital content and computing resources that begin to be provisioned to you immediately upon purchase. You explicitly request immediate access at checkout and acknowledge that this is the case.
Except where a non-waivable right is granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, all charges are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods, unused features, credits you have already received, forgotten cancellations, or content you chose not to generate.
If you cancel a subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of the current paid period and will not renew. We will not issue prorated refunds for time remaining in that period.
If the Service experiences a sustained outage or a serious defect that meaningfully affected your account, we may, at our discretion, offer service credits or extend your subscription term. Any such remedy is goodwill, not a cash refund, and is decided case by case.
Our IP. The Service, including its software, models, prompts, templates, UI, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by ReelAutopilot or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of that to you. We grant you only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with these Terms.
Your Content. You retain ownership of the content you upload, supply, or generate using the Service (your “Content”). To operate, secure, and improve the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, render, and create technical derivatives of your Content for the purposes of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete the relevant Content or close your account, except to the extent it must continue for backups, legal compliance, or analytics that are aggregated and de-identified.
Marketing showcase. Unless you opt out as described below, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce a sample of your generated videos, thumbnails, or workspace screenshots in our marketing channels (such as our website, social accounts, demos, case studies, sales decks, and partner showcases). We will not falsely imply you endorse the product beyond what you have publicly said, and we will not use Content that is clearly private, sensitive, or marked as such. You can opt out, or request takedown of specific assets, at any time by emailing help@reelautopilot.com. We will action the request promptly and may need a short transition period (up to 30 days) to remove assets from already-shipped materials.
Avatars and profile images for social proof. When you sign in with a third-party identity provider (e.g., Google) or upload an avatar, you grant us a limited, revocable, royalty-free license to display that profile image in anonymized social-proof elements (such as stacked avatar rings shown without your name) on our marketing surfaces. You can opt out by emailing the address above; we will remove the image from easily updatable assets within a reasonable timeframe.
Your right to use the output. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use, publish, distribute, and monetize the videos and other outputs you generate with the Service. We do not claim ownership of your social media accounts or the posts published to them through the Service.
Feedback. If you send us feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, in line with these Terms, and in a way that respects other users and the platforms you publish to. You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish through ReelAutopilotto a third-party platform also complies with that platform’s policies (for example, YouTube’s community guidelines or TikTok’s content rules).
Rights you confirm. You represent and warrant that you have the rights, licenses, and permissions required for any input you bring into the Service, including any audio, voice, image, brand, or text assets. You agree to defend and indemnify us from any third-party claim arising from your inputs, your outputs, or your publication of those outputs.
Transient audio handling. Where you supply a third-party audio file as part of a render, it is kept only as a short-lived intermediate file required by the rendering pipeline and is removed within 24 hours after the resulting video is delivered to you. We do not retain that audio for any independent purpose.
No circumvention of protections. We do not decrypt, strip, or bypass DRM or other technical protection measures. If a source URL you provide is protected or cannot be streamed lawfully without circumventing such measures, the corresponding request will be refused.
Copyright complaints and DMCA.If you believe material processed by the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice with the details required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to help@reelautopilot.com. We aim to review valid notices within 48 hours and will either disable access to the disputed material or explain why we believe the notice does not require action. Accounts of repeat infringers (three substantiated complaints within any rolling 90-day window) will be terminated. We act in line with DMCA safe-harbour procedures; doing so does not constitute consent to broader jurisdiction.
The Service produces output using machine learning models. These models can make mistakes, hallucinate facts, repeat biases present in training data, or generate output that is inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for your goal.
You are responsible for reviewing every output before you publish it, share it, or otherwise rely on it. We do not guarantee that output is unique, original, factually correct, suitable for a particular audience, or fit for any specific purpose, including any decision with legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences.
You are responsible for complying with platform disclosure rules around AI-generated or synthetic media (for example, YouTube’s altered-content disclosure or TikTok’s AI-generated content label) when publishing your videos.
The Service interoperates with third-party platforms (such as social networks, identity providers, payment processors, and hosting providers). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, behavior, content, security, or business decisions of any third party, including changes to their APIs, rate limits, moderation policies, or pricing that may affect what you can do through ReelAutopilot.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that any generated output will be accurate or suitable, that your connected social accounts will remain accessible, or that bugs, security issues, or downtime will not occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelAutopilot and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, audience, data, follower count, monetization, or content, arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to ReelAutopilot in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the disclaimers and limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ReelAutopilotand its affiliates harmless from any third-party claim, liability, damages, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your inputs, outputs, or other Content, (b) your use of the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any platform’s terms.
Unless a different retention period is documented for a specific feature or plan, generated assets and inputs you create through ReelAutopilot are retained in your workspace for a rolling window of three (3) months from creation, after which they may be deleted from active storage to reclaim resources. You are expected to download or move out anything you want to keep within that window.
The Service is intended for ordinary, good-faith use. We may enforce fair-use limits, rate limits, or anti-abuse measures to protect platform stability and other users, and we may suspend accounts whose usage patterns suggest scripted abuse, resale of generation capacity, or unsafe load.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you acknowledge that personal data is processed as described there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where the change is material, give you a reasonable form of notice (for example, an in-app notice or email).
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them. If you do not accept an update, your remedy is to stop using the Service and close your account.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Closing your account ends any active subscription at the end of the current paid period unless you ask us to cancel it earlier; you remain liable for amounts already incurred.
We may suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if (a) you breach these Terms, (b) we are required to do so by law or by a third-party platform whose API you depend on, (c) continued provision would expose us or others to security, legal, or reputational risk, or (d) we discontinue the Service or a part of it.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Service will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence apply.
Where you reside in the United States, you and ReelAutopilot agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only and not as part of any class or representative action. The courts located in Ontario, Canada and (where the dispute concerns a U.S.-based user) the state and federal courts in the United States will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any contrary mandatory rules of the user’s home jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific or feature-specific terms we reference, are the entire agreement between you and ReelAutopilot regarding the Service and replace any prior agreements on that subject.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not be treated as a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or franchise relationship between you and ReelAutopilot.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to help@reelautopilot.com.
